Strictly necessary storage

Necessary technologies support security, delivery, accessibility, storage of your privacy choice, and the site’s core live property search. This category includes iHomefinder IDX and MLS-required technologies. The site also stores a versioned consent record in your browser so it can honor your selection. These functions cannot be disabled through the site preference panel.

Essential IDX services

iHomefinder provides live MLS search, saved-search, lead, and listing functions. It may use cookies or similar storage and may process referring source, clickstream, search activity, device information, and MLS-required measurement data such as ListTrac. Because live property search is a core site function, these technologies are treated as necessary and load with the site.

Analytics and advertising

John Stephenson LLC does not currently load a separate site analytics or advertising platform. iHomefinder or an applicable MLS may include measurement technologies within the IDX service as described above and in the provider’s privacy policy.

Your controls

You may accept or reject optional analytics from the first banner, or change your selection at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. Refusing optional analytics does not disable the main site or its essential live IDX search. Use browser settings to remove data already stored.

The site does not treat continued browsing or scrolling as consent. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are treated as a preference against optional storage unless you make a different affirmative selection.
