Who is responsible

Information collected

Information may be collected directly from you, automatically from your device, or through the IDX and communications providers used to deliver the site.

• Property interests, saved searches, showing requests, and information included in an inquiry.
• Communications and preferences, including whether you request listing updates.
• Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser, device, referring source, pages viewed, and security logs.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, provide real estate services and requested listing updates, personalize property results, operate and secure the site, maintain business records, and comply with legal or MLS obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a brokerage or agency relationship. Marketing email or text messages will only be sent when permitted, and you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing real estate services.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by London Foster LLC, iHomefinder and applicable MLS systems, Vercel hosting infrastructure, Proton Mail, and professional advisers or vendors supporting a requested transaction. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer.

John Stephenson LLC does not sell personal information. IDX and MLS providers may use visit, clickstream, lead-source, and MLS-required measurement data under their own terms and policies as part of the site’s essential IDX services.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal and brokerage recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights
