Using the site or contacting John Stephenson does not create an agency, fiduciary, brokerage, or client relationship. Any such relationship must be established in a separate written agreement.

Listings and market information

Listing and market information is supplied by third parties, including MLS and IDX sources. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, should be independently verified, and may be changed, sold, leased, or withdrawn without notice. Measurements, schools, taxes, permits, zoning, flood information, association rules, and property conditions require independent verification.

Permitted use

The site and listing content are for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use in considering real estate. Automated scraping, bulk collection, republication, interference with security, unlawful use, and infringement of intellectual property are prohibited.

Third-party services

IDX tools, maps, communications, and external links may be operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. John Stephenson LLC is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, or content.

No warranties and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Stephenson LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
