A deliberately quiet coastal community with no commercial core
Golden Beach is positioned between Sunny Isles Beach and Hallandale Beach, spanning the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Boulevard, interior waterways, and the Intracoastal. The town was incorporated in 1929 around a residential-only vision and does not permit the high-rise or commercial development found immediately beyond its borders.
Its submarkets are distinct. Direct oceanfront estates, Intracoastal parcels, island and canal homes, and dry-lot properties carry different privacy, boating, exposure, and redevelopment considerations. The town's services, parks, private beach pavilion, and local police presence are central parts of the ownership proposition.
